REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR THE TWO-DAY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM AND THE GALA ARE SEPARATE.

The $25 registration fee includes all educational sessions and meals on Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17, with the exception of the networking reception Friday evening and the gala Saturday evening. Individual educatioonal workshops and meals are not pro-rated. The registration fee provides admission for one individual only. Registrations may not be shared. All registered attendees will receive a name badge at the Summit that must be worn for admittance into all sessions, meals, social events and the exhibit hall.

Please note: all Summit and gala registrations are considered non-refundable. NOAR does not issue credits for future events.

Submitting Your Registration

Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. Registered attendees will receive confirmation of their registration by email. This notice is in addition to that which is automatically sent confirming the online transaction. This notice contains important Summit details. Please carefully review the information for accuracy, especially your contact information. Changes must be submitted in writing by email to Nicole Gibby at nrgibby@gmail.com. A confirmation notice is not required for admittance into the summit.

Pre-registration Deadline: Monday, February 5, 2024

The last day for online registration is Monday, February 5, 2024. Only paper and on-site registration forms will be accepted after that date. The on-site registration opens at Lake Michigan College on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are permitted at any time. Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Substitutions will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone substitutions are not accepted.
